CKD, Food and Good Health


There are types of foods that we can consume when on dialysis. This article shows a cross-section of regional foods from around the planet. This way you will see a diversity of diet so that food doesn't have to be boring. I hope you enjoy it. 


Mediterranean

  • Lentil soup with lemon and herbs

  • Grilled fish with roasted vegetables

  • Quinoa salad with chickpeas and feta cheese

  • Tomato and cucumber salad with olive oil and vinegar

Asian

  • Stir-fried vegetables with tofu
